Description :	Le grand canon d'autel présente le texte de la prière eucharistique et figure de nombreux personnages de l'Ancien et du Nouveau Testaments : le Christ en croix au centre encadré par deux angelots, deux autres anges aux extrémités supérieures et, au registre inférieur, des figures de prophètes et d'évangélistes ; les deux petits canons figurent respectivement saint Jean l'évangéliste sur l'île de Patmos devant le Prologue de son évangile transcrit en latin au-dessus sur un rouleau porté par des anges, et un autel sacrificiel avec un agneau immolé.
