Historique :	La similitude des bordures permet d'établir que ces pièces ont fait partie d'un ensemble de tapisseries dont on ignore la localisation première (peut-être viennent elles du château de Bonnemie ?) ; elles ont pu faire l'objet d'une confiscation révolutionnaire ; leur mise en place dans la salle du conseil de la mairie a provoqué de nombreux remaniements et mutilations ; le style du décor permet de les attribuer à Aubusson et au 1er quart du 18e siècle.
