Historique :	D'après les registres de délibération de la commune, cette cloche provient d'un échange avec le gouvernement de l'époque révolutionnaire. L'ancienne cloche étant fêlée, elle fut envoyée à la fonte et cette cloche de 1767 fut envoyée à sa place ; il semble qu'elle fut la cloche d'un couvent de Poitiers.
